Hey Farling, The program is running the PDF...

Hey Farling,

The program is running the PDF output, but it's taking quite a while. The program shows as non-responsive in Task Manager. Any ideas?

EDIT: Also, v18 is showing a 404.

Another humble suggestion: is it possible to put an expand and contract all index bookmarks from the "index.xhtml" page? So one could do a search on the expanded index for the name of a feat, etc.?
