Flagellants as core choice ?

Army Builder Works Correctly

Flagellants only appear as a core choice after you add a Warror Priest to your army list. Otherwise, they only appear as a rare choice, which is correct.

Thanks for your response; however, I don't know how to check the permissions on the dta folder for the files. I can't get into the program anyway since it makes me exit after displaying the error...
