The reason is that Disintegration is made up of the Effects Damage and Drain Linked together. Yeah, it really should be explained more explicitly.

I can modify initiative before combat but not during, ever since the big UI update. I agree that it's really annoying , especially since it doesn't do Delay correctly.

It looks like HLO doesn't allow bounded spellcasting classes to be taken for eldritch trickster. Apparently "spellcasting feat" and "bounded spellcasting feat" are two different things.

If you mean the file named "AP43 Carrion Crown NPCs.zip", I just tried downloading it from the d20pfsrd site and it worked fine, so it's probably something on your end. Maybe try a different browser?
