Skaven Hell Pit army
 

There doesnt seem to be a harbinger of mutation listed in the files.
I am going by the army list in white dwarf 311 where they are listed in the heroes section.
There is a vermin lord listed but that doesnt need to be there.

I am just building a hell pit army so if anyone can help with the list thats great.
