I Wish I never bought it

Great, so my computer breaks down. Among my problems is this stupid
army builder. Guess what? I can't use it on another computer for
ONE HUNDRED AND TWENTY DAYS! This is a useless program. I suggest
no one wastes the money.

actually you can... they say in the readme for the licensing that the
default time out is just that... the default. If you've had strange issues
email them, they can fix it.

Someone please explain this predicament to me, I don't understand. How does
the key know it's already been installed and all that? And why the 4 month
delay?

Thanks,

Mark

Because the key needs to be varified online. When you buy the
program, it tells you to buy it so that you can use Army Builder on
all of your computers, except you can only install it on one
computer every 120 days, which means that if you lose your computer
somehow, you need to buy a new copy, or wait 120 days.

Personally, I have a game in three days, and I'm not even close to
the 120 day mark. I wish you guys had some compitition, because
you'd be out of buisness fast.

You can get a second Liense for Free, this will allow
you to get it installed on a 2nd computer or the same
one if you had to reformat or clean house.

I am assuming you bough AB3, installed it on your
computer and then your computer crashed. Causing you
to go through this.

Not likely. Did you even try contacting their customer support and
telling them your problem? I doubt it. Just because you're too stubborn
to call and ask for help doesn't mean AB is a bad program or Wolflair a
bad company. You have only yourself to blaim.

The following text was copied and pasted from our website. You'll find it
on the page that outlines everything to do with licensing.

"In an effort to mitigate piracy, each license can only be re-assigned once
every 120 days (4 months). The typical user upgrades or replaces his/her
computer once every 18-20 months, so this restriction should rarely present
a problem for the user. Life is anything but predictable, though, and we
fully understand that. Disk crashes, virus attacks, and assorted other
nastiness can strike at any time, so exceptions can be made if you need to
re-assign your license before the waiting period elapses. If this situation
arises, contact technical support and we'll usually be able to get things
sorted out for you quickly."

Before you get all bent out of shape next time, perhaps a quick check on
the website or an inquiry to technical would be beneficial everyone. We
don't get accused of something that isn't true and your blood pressure
remains at a comfortable level. :-)

Please send an email to technical support about this, and be sure to
include your license number or order number. That way, we can quickly
identify your information and get this sorted out for you.

Guys, enough with same old replies - I think he gets the message already
without the need for everyone to take a pop at him.
