Firearm Price Changes
I think know the answer, but I just want to check.
I was adjusting prices for all the old Modern Path files. I noticed that firearms where coming up 1/10 of the price I put in. I don't have any mechanics for cost adjustment. But I think the issue is - I have it set for "Guns Everywhere". It's fine, if that what it is. I just want to know before I start changing everything else. |
Should be easy to test - switch guns everywhere to emerging guns, and see if the prices change. That is most likely what's happening, though.

Yep, that is it. Cool, I just need to keep that in mind. So what all does it effect, (just so I get this right)? I see firearms and it tech items. Also, can we run a mech to affect pricing?

You've got a lot of experience in HL coding - you know how to research these things.
Turn on Guns Everywhere, and then debug the hero tags - filter that list for "firearm", and look at the list of tags that show up - are there any tags there that could be triggering the price change? Tags you could delete with a mechanic, perhaps? |
