For the first few minutes of the maintenance, new logins to Realm Works and Hero Lab Online will be unavailable, however your service will be unaffected if you are already logged in.

We're planning a Hero Lab Online release tomorrow morning at around 10am Pacific time. Unlike some past releases, we're expecting a fair amount of downtime (but we're hoping not longer than 1 hour).

Sales and Realm Works should be unaffected.

Update: An upgrade process is taking longer than expected to work its way through all the data everyone's been creating. We hope to have things back up soon, but we're obviously past our predicted 1 hour window. Will update with an ETA when we have one.
