i sent at least a couple in the past months via and got nothing back.


are you folks just really busy or are the bug tickets not getting to you for some reason?


i've submitted bug tickets before and you've responded, so something is broken since last successful response from you? i didn't change email or anything, and as far as i know, you're not blacklisted.


please investigate.


(while i have you here: i can't seem to find how to make weapon size to small for a custom race; all weapons chosen are at medium -- i remember knowing how to adjust this at one point, but not finding it now. thx)

Have you checked your various spam folders?

If you have a previous email response. That response might have a link to that bug report - from that link you can usually find all the bug reports you've ever submitted.

I got a reply back January 31st. I haven't filed any others until very recently.

For some reason none of the bugs I've submitted are received.
Not really sure why.

However, one of the LoneWolf people in the Facebook Realm Works group saw my post there, and forwarded the issue to one of their techs.
Via email, they fixed my issue fairly quickly.

Still not sure why the submit a bug doesn't go through for me at all.

We've been really swamped with PF2 content and work on HLO and the campaign theater, and with extremely limited staff we're having to juggle what we can do, so unfortunately PF1 has been suffering a bit for it. Do submit those reports though, and please bear with us as we do what we can.
