Herolab Online Server down?

Keep Trying to load up HeroLab Online and nothing is happening.
I enter my user name, my password and my device nickname and click login and it it stays there asking me to log in.

I have looked in the forums and see nothing about a down time.

Me too. What's going on?

I Reported the bug.

Same here. Clicking on the gear in the top right, it says "Disconnected" in red. I've tried clearing my cache and using another device on a different network. Still not working.

I am also experiencing problems it used to work for a bit (while I was talking to someone where it was unwilling to work) and now I can't access it either. Kinda disappointing.

This downtime was not planned.

The devs are working together now to get service back up and running and soon.

Ummm ... You are correct .. I can log in again but my characters are missing. Level 3 Mystic .. gone

Sigh!!! Nor will it let me create characters


Sigh last EDIT.. Something weird is going on with the server. I log out and all is working again. log out again and character is missing

Is everything functioning normally now? Did your characters become available again?

Character is back .. yes.. Not sure what was going on
