"Always On Top" option for Tactical Console?

I really look forward to using the Tactical console for my online VTT games. However when Im playing like this, I often have many stacked windows open. It would be helpful to be able to "pin" the Tactical Console window to be able to always float on top of the Map software, the way you can in some other programs like media players and IM clients.

This may be something I could set myself in windows (Vista), but Im afraid I've never figured this out. Usually the program has to include the option. And just to be clear, it would only be the Tac console window I wanted pinned, not the whole program.

This is probably a really silly request for one reason or another, or harder than it seems...in which case just ignore me. I may already be able to do it. If not, just something that would be nice in some future version.

Thanks!

I'm not sure how much work this is; I'll see about getting it added to a
future version. In the meantime, I know there are a bunch of utilities
you can use to add an "always on top" option to programs - have you
tried looking for one of those?
