Halfling Double Sling and Two-Weapon Fighting?

Cut to the chase, is there a way to make the halfling double sling (Halflings of Golarion, page 22) read correctly?
It seems to have never been updated from being stuck as a single attack weapon.

That depends on how correct you need it to be, since there is a workaround but also one issue specific to the double sling and some other bugs with double weapons and off-hand attacks in general.

If your Strength modifier is a positive even number like +2, +4, etc (for some reason, the sling doesn't round properly for the damage bonus on the offhand attack), you can get a mostly correct set of attacks and damage by using the Weapon Size adjustment to increase the size of the sling to a size above your hero (+1), and then checking the box to use it as a double weapon. Then you can turn off the weapon size adjustment to go back to the correctly sized weapon and the double weapon setting should stick.

Two weapon fighting and the improved version should work, but you will still have to deal with several issues that affect off-hand attacks in general (negative modifiers being halved for the off-hand instead of using the full penalty, hasted/speed effects or rapid shot incorrectly adding an additional attack to both primary and off-hand attacks).

Where's the box to use it as a double weapon?
Can you show me an example of what you mean, please?

1. Go to the "Adjust" tab in your portfolio, and click "Add a new adjustment" in the "Other Adjustments" section. Choose the "Weapon Size" adjustment (in the Equipment section) and add it.

2. For the adjustment you just added, choose the "Halfling Double Sling" in the menu to select the weapon. Change the incrementer to read "+1", so that the weapon is increased by one size (which should make it one size larger than your hero, assuming it started at the normal size for your hero's size). If it's not already checked, check the box to make the adjustment active.

3. Go to the "Weapons" tab. The checkboxes to equip the sling should have changed from being labeled "1st" and "2nd" to being labeled "Both" and "Dbl". Check the "Dbl" box.

4. Go back the "Adjust" tab, and uncheck the box for the "Weapon Size" adjustment to turn it off.

5. Go back to the "Weapons" tab, and the sling should have gone back to the correct damage for its size, and the checkboxes to equip the sling should have changed back to being labeled "1st" and "2nd". The "Dbl" checkbox should have remained checked, it's just hidden by the UI.

It worked, nifty.
Thanks a lot, this really helps me out.
Any way I can fix the attack roll, or should I just give myself a -2 penalty in Adjustments as well?

If the attacks are off, yes, you'll probably need to use adjustments to fix them. (I guess there's no such thing as a light ranged weapon?)
