BUG? Moteborn Theme not making the adjustments

Making a new Psion, selecting the Moteborn theme is not making any of the proper adjustments, though looking at the data files they do seem to be there.

Yep, it's a bug. The Moteborn starting features weren't being bootstrapped; once I added that in the Editor it looks to be working.
