Banner of the Ancient Kings - No Ability Adjustment Option

Hello,

An ally of mine is a lvl 7 Bard and has Banner of the Ancient Kings along with the Flagbearer feat. I'm trying to adjust my abilities accordingly, but there is no option for Banner of the Ancient King. What am I missing?

I don't believe the banner has been implemented in HL. (I can't find it)

You activate the Flagbearer feat on the In-Play tab, under Activated Abilities.
