Still down at 9am CDT. Going to the log in page takes me to a page that says: "Hero Lab Online is experiencing unplanned downtime."

Since we are paying for days of server access, will we be credited for downtime?

Interesting. On wolflair site, one of the features listed is "Constant Access". If one clicks on it, it goes to a 404 page.
