Unable to contact licensing server
I got the following message when I went to retrieve my new package. Also noticed it won't update.
Any idea what is going wrong? Never had this problem before? "Hero Lab was unable to contact the licensing server. Please verify that your internet connection is active and try again. Have you tried getting onto LW's site and downloading the files directly, rather than through HL?
Also, do you have anti-virus? Turn it off and try again. If neither of those works, send an email to support. |
