Fey Creature Template

I'm adding the Fey Creature Template to a troll. The Validation Report advises that I have underspent on Fey Abilities, but I cannot find anywhere that allows me to select/add those. Not sure if this is me not knowing where to look, a bug, or a feature that is not yet implemented. Any advice? I don't want to file a bug report if it is just me not knowing where to look.
 
Hmm, if it's not on the Race tab then go ahead and shoot us a bug report. It's probably an issue with the table not displaying as it should be.
