M&M 3rd ed. Perception range... Apparently, I'm not very perceptive.

Can someone please tell me how to create a perception range power? I absolutely cannot find where to change/add the range. Example follows:

I'm entering Death Magnetic from the Emerald City book, and she has (as part of an array) the following power: "Magnetic Manipulation: Move Object 10, Perception Range, Limited Material (Ferrous Metals), Dynamic - 2 points"

I have looked and looked, but can't find how to set the range to "perception". Any help would be immensely appreciated, and in return I would gladly refrain from sending one of my pets or children to your house. They're all cute, but I'm fairly certain they're possessed, and I'm positive they would leave your dwelling in ruins.

BTW, I'm using the most current version of Hero Lab M&M 3rd.

Increased Range is the modifier you're looking for. Since Move Object starts as Ranged, you only need one rank.
