Adjustment to add allowed spell level
 

I am trying to add an adjustment to allow the selection of spells from a casters spell list that is one higher than normal. So normally this class gets level 1 and level 2 spells at class level 9. I want them to be able to choose from the level 3 spells as well.

Would like to add ability to cast cantrips as well

I can do this as is but I get warning/red text when doing so. Not a show stopper but would like to adjust if possible.

Was able to add the spell list, spell slots but not cantrips ( I can select them but they are highlighted red) or higher lvl spells
