New validation error, clawhand shield

Clawhand Shield is failing validation with the error, "Mithral: Requires a Metal item." There is no way to change the materials of the shield if I View/Edit the item. Selling and repurchasing the item does not help.

I'm not sure if before this patch I had modified the material to be Mithral and that is causing the issue. The fact that it is happening on other characters if I buy a Clawhand Shield makes me think it is not due to that though.

Reporting as a bug.

According to this description, the shield is made of bone and ivory, and not metal, so wouldn't qualify to be made out of mithral:

From that link, "but has been imbued with magic to function as a +2 mithral heavy steel shield (though it is not considered to be made of metal" bold emphasis is mine...

I'm getting the same error on the Elven Chain. It's mithral chainmail as per the description. I don't recall seeing this error when I imported the character from HeroLab classic, but I also think I've only looked at the character once since I imported it.

Heh, that was an interesting one. Yeah, the issue stemmed from the shield not being metal, but being "mithril" so the validation check was failing. Should have fixes out for both these items next patch.
