Is the PH #3 part of the package if you buy the 4E package?

We aren't allowed to sell any of Wizards' intellectual property. So the 4E data files include all the mechanics AND a separate downloader tool. This tool will download all the content available through the DDI compendium and convert it for use within Hero Lab. To the extent that the PHB3 content is available through the DDI compendium, Hero Lab will provide that material.

You can run the downloader tool and test out the 4E data files without purchasing Hero Lab. Just run everything in demo mode and check it out. The only things you won't be able to do are save a character or print a character sheet, although you can use Print Preview to see what the character sheet will look like when printed.
