SR 5th ed. Positive Qualities missing

I'm using Hero Labs -SR to make a Face character. I appear to be missing some Qualities... I don't see common sense and made man for example. Any help would be appreciated!

Both of those qualities are from Run Faster. On the Character menu, choose Configure Hero, and then look at the settings on the right-hand side, and confirm that Run Faster is turned on for this character.
