Flagellants as core choice ?

It states in the Empire Army book on page 79 that if the army includes one or more priests of Sigmar then one Flagellant warband can become a core choice and not a Rare one.
Army Builder does not seem to regonise this. Is this a glitch in the system or is there an amendment for this rule somewhere ?

Currently there is no data file author for the Empire or for the entire Warhammer Fantasy Battle system.
It seems that Lonewolf is content with letting WHFB go unsupported. It would behoove people interested in purchasing Armybuilder to use in conjunction with a gaming system to investigate if AB actually does support a system prior to purchasing AB.

Thanks for that, I thought i was missing something somewhere.

Army Builder Works Correctly
 

Flagellants only appear as a core choice after you add a Warror Priest to your army list. Otherwise, they only appear as a rare choice, which is correct.
