rune formulas
 

Building a new character who, as a magical crafter, intends to buy several fundamental and property rune formulas, perhaps eventually all of them. But.. There doesn't seem to be a way to track them. The "crafting formulas" page has several subsections, but runes aren't in there. Oversight, working as intended, or did I set some option that turned them off?

Did you ever find where the runes formulas were? I cannot find them either. We are able to add equipement with runes, but not the rune formulas themselves.
