Stacks With: Damage
When ye make a Damage power that Stacks With another Damage power it does not add up their ranks like other powers do. Say ye have a character with a Blaster Gun that is Damage 4 normally, the character has an Array which includes a 'boost' to the Blaster of +8 turning into a rank 12 Damage attack.
Making that in HeroLab gives me two attacks in the Special Tab, 'normal blast, rank 4 damage' and 'boosted blast, rank 8 damage' instead of 'boosted blast' being rank 12 damage.
