Master of Stories Feat no working
 

There is a multiclass feat you can take called Master of Stories that allows the character to pick any one skill from the bard list of class skills and train it.
But after picking that feat none of the bard skills not already class skills for the current class appear as trainable.
So for example: I have a player that wanted to train perception on his hybrid cleric/wizard character but even after taking the Master of Stories feat it is still not an option.
I don't want to have to resort to the WOTC online builder because Hero Lab has much more versatility, especially adding custom items.
So can someone investigate this feat and fix it please?
