Ulthwe Eldar armies

Does anyone know how to get Eldrad Ulthran into an Ulthwe army of
2000 points or more. I have checked the datafiles in ABCreator and
Eldrad Ulthran is there, but I can never select him, or even see him
for that matter. If no-one knows, then does anyone know how to
contact the creator (I forget his name).
