Any way to activate/make that happen? AI keeps telling me I can buy an editor add-on and create it myself, but none of its instructions are working.
 
(Don't trust AI) There is NO editor for HLO. Nothing to activate, no add-on that you can download or purchase.

The Sea Singer archetype is there and seems to work as far as I can tell. Do you own and have the APG enabled for the character?
