are there any plan,s to add in the content form Vampire Hunter D Pathfinder RPG Supplement allso any word on adding the content form the Worldscape comics to hero lab?

Paizo is doing the PF Vampire Hunter D. Asking Paizo directly would be the best way to find out if it will also be done for Hero Lab. Otherwise you need to use the editor and make it yourself, or hope that someone else does.

F. Wesley Schneider was the author, and the PDF came out Nov 24 2016. Part of the issue is that it was released to the Kickstarter, and has not yet been mass produced for commercial purchase.

So it does exist, just not available to everyone. I'm wondering if that is why they haven't done it yet.

The core book does add the Vampire Hunter class and the ability to give you a intelligent hand. So with the just the VHD core book and the PF core rulebook you can build an entire campaign.

If it's a Paizo (Pathfinder 1e) product with HL files, I'll buy them.

For 3pp, there's a good chance too, provided they look balanced and fit into a high fantasy kind of setting.

I think that's still copyright infringement. You'd need permission from whoever owns the rights to the characters/anime and/or whoever published the game material.

You could create the class in HL with the editor for your own use - that isn;'t a problem. But you shouldn't share it.

On d20PFSRD there's a version of Vampire Hunter properly sanitized for OGL/copyright protection, so using that as a base for a community implementation should pose no legal problems.
