Studded Leather Armor & Dex Bonus +5 - Only Reflects +3

I just ran all my player's characters through Hero Lab and picked up an error on my player's Rogue Character.

He is wearing studded leather armor, which gives a max DEX bonus of +5, but every time I equip the armor it only gives him a +3 bonus from his DEX?

I tested it with leather armor and it works 100%, but studded leather everytime only +3.

Even before equiping the studded leather armor, Hero Lab only allows +3 bonus from DEX as soon as the armor is purchased.

This sounds like a bug that has crept in ......

Please help

I am on the current version of Hero Lab 4.2 and I also purchased all Pathfinder 7.15 extra packages.
