    Skill points alowed incorrect for hero with low INT

    I have a Human Cleric with a 5 INT, which gives me a -3 modifier. For Skill points the rule is add INT mod to 2 and multiply by 4. this would result in a - number. I think Hero lab makes it a 0. I then get 4 points for being human. Hero lab gives me a total of 4 skill points at 1str level and...
