    Improved Familiar and Elemental (Small)

    One of my players wants to have a Small Elemental as his Familiar. He needs to be 5th Level according to the SRD, and have the Improved Familiar Feat. But it doesn't show up on the list of Familiars. How do I go about adding this as a Familiar?
