    Reformated computer, no response from emails

    I had to recently wipe my hard drive and reinstall. This has, of course, wiped the registration files as well so Armybuilder thinks I'm trying to load on a new computer. I have sent emails to the support email address to get the waiver as I am under the 120 days, but am not getting any response...
