    vehicle proficiency from training

    When i created my character, i was able to pick land vehicles as a proficiency. However, water vehicles are not available to add later on due to training. In addition, would it be possible to get a 'custom' item for tool proficiencies? Air vehicles aren't listed but training in their use...
