    DL: Noir, poverty is mandatory hindrance.

    Noir has everyone having the poverty hindrance. It should be automatically added to every character when the setting is chosen, or at least be a 'free' hindrance. Instead, it causes a 'to many hindrances' error.

    Quivers aren't containers?

    I'm setting up a character using SPC & NE. He has a bow, arrows & a quiver. The quiver isn't listing as a container to put the arrows in and it can be put into another caontainer, like a backpack.
