    Toggling Modifiers

    I'm sure this has been asked before but I couldn't find it. I would like to quickly and easily toggle encumbrance modifiers for skills on and off during game time. The only way I can see how to do it right now is to go into each person's "configure hero" settings and use the optional rules...
