    Flagellants as core choice ?

    Hi It states in the Empire Army book on page 79 that if the army includes one or more priests of Sigmar then one Flagellant warband can become a core choice and not a Rare one. Army Builder does not seem to regonise this. Is this a glitch in the system or is there an amendment for this rule...
