    Error Retrieving License

    I just purchased a few data packs and now when I try to reactivate my license to unlock. I get an "error occurred during retrieval of my license keyfile". No security programs are blocking Hero Lab and my internet connection is up and running. Not sure what the problem is. Help? Thank you.
