    Linux/WINE and updates troubles under latest version

    This started under an "Can't find updates thread", but I'm reposting this with Linux in the Subject line in the hopes of hitting the target market better and finding someone who fixed or has thoughts as to how to fix it will read it. AS some might have seen/followed here...

    Can't connect for updates still?

    OK so it looks like there's some troubles connecting with the updates site. And since I'm running HL under linux/wine I'm sure that's not helping matters. Is anyone else still having troubles? Any ideas how to get around them?
