    Old user returning

    I have a license that I purchased ages ago, but deleted the software when I updated my computer. Now I cannot find the software to download and the online site doesn't recognise my email - although this forum does. Can anyone help and point me in the right direction?

    Bardic music

    Hi, My 9th level bard has the skill requirements for Inspire Greatness and Suggestion, yet the special abilities are greyed out. I have the required ranks in perform (12), anyone know what else I could be missing? It says requirements not met.

    I had to reinstall Windows 10. Now I have to reinstall HL - I requested that my license keys be sent to me. I put in my key for the PC but have to wait 90 days (I think) for activation! I know there was a way around this because I have had to reinstall windows before. I've contacted support...

    Flurry of Blows

    Hero Labs reports that my flurry of blows special ability is the wrong size (!) for my fourth level monk. As far as I can tell he's medium size and is 'standard' in all other respects. He does have the weapon focus feat to unarmed attack though. Any advice on how to correct this?

    Turning off Max Dex penalty

    Hi, very new user here... How do I disable the Max Dex Armor Penalty for wearing armor? Can't see it in the Configure Hero section, only the ignore armor check penalty. We don't use this rule in our game... Thanks in advance.
