    Shifting Essence prices.

    Can't increase bow ratings?

    I'm trying to get a bow for a character, but neither the bows or the collapsible bows have an option to increase the rating of the weapon. I looked at 'Customize' and it only has Rating 1. Am I missing something really obvious again?
