    Missing Blood Hunter Feature

    I noticed that the Blood Hunter is missing the level 2 "Blood Maledict" option. You are supposed to get a "Blood Curse" at 2nd, 5th, 9th, 13th, 16th, & 20th level, but it only shows up at level 5 & up. How do we fix this? Thanks in advance.
