    Spell Perfection + Heighten Spell

    I'm not sure if this would be a bug or a feature request so I'm posting instead of creating a bug report. While attempting to maximize a spell's DC by using Heightened Spell + Spell Perfection, Spell Perfection is negating the level increase and resetting the spell back to it's original level...
