    Strange error messaage

    Hi folks, hopefully this is the right place for this. Trying to start hero lab gave me the error: "Error loading preferences file: 'C:\programdata\hero lab\herolab.prefs' Reason: Preferences file uses unrecognized character encoding" After that it loads hero lab in demo mode. Any ideas? Cheers
