Hero Lab V3.4c Bug Fix Release

A bug fix update is now available in the form of V3.4c. This release addresses the problem with the Pathfinder portfolios folder being deleted by the installer when it shouldn't on some computers. It also fixes a couple of other issues that have been uncovered.
