Uploading to Ipod touch

Okay, I'm fairly new to using my Ipod touch. I've had it for less than 3 months. Now I've followed all the steps and appear to have uploaded an AB file to my Ipod but I am unable to view it. Anyone with any tips or tutorials would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Colen is the expert on this stuff, but I'll outline the simple process I use:

1. Build your roster in AB save as mobile output using the appropriate option on the File menu.

2. Pick the website you want to upload the file onto and go to it using your browser. For this example, I'm going to use MediaFire, which can be accessed as www.mediafire.com.

3. Login to the hosting site.

4. Upload the file to the hosting site, using whatever process they outline. MediaFire is incredibly simple to use, as are many others.

5. Once the file is uploaded, you'll be provided with a link to that file that you can use to access the file. With MediaFire, the URL looks something like below:
http://www.mediafire.com/?sharekey=a09d2ce144f09c1290a82c7bb0fad7ade04e75f6e8ebb871

6. Copy the link into an email and send yourself the email. Alternately, you could use a site like "tinyurl.com" to get a much shorter URL that you can utilize.

7. On your iTouch, access your email and view the link you just sent yourself.

8. Click on the link to view the roster within Safari on your iTouch.

Hope this helps!
