No Backgrounds to select.

Greetings.

I have almost the same problem as some others.
When I try to choose from backgrounds there are none to choose from.

I have downloaded with password from ddi and it seems to include the
backgrounds allright.

From what I can see in the editor there ought to be at least some backgroubnds from Forgotten Realms to choose from, but the slot
just says 'no background' and nothing happens when I click. :confused:

Any suggestions?
 
I, as I have seen others have done also, had failed to 'Configure Hero'.
Now I have Backgrounds. :D

Unfortunately the backgrounds don't seem to be included in the Compendium data. :( The FR backgrounds are included because they're available on the Wizards web site, which the downloader can access, but none of the other backgrounds are. :(

Hopefully they'll be added to the Compendium at some point in the future - at that point, the downloader will be able to read them all and import them appropriately.
