Hero Lab and PDF plug-in

Hi,

I am trying to install the pdf plugin for hero lab but get the following message

Any idea on how to solve this so I can use the pdf plug-in?

The program that uses the PDF plug-in that's currently running is Hero Lab.

Download the plugin and save it to your computer, close Hero Lab, run the plugin installer, then open Hero Lab.
