Issue with Crypt of the Everflame Community Bestiary NPCs

I have:
  • Licensed the requisite Hero Lab modules for the Community Bestiary HL
  • Installed the Community Bestiary DL with no issues
  • Downloaded Crypt of the Everflame.zip from the Community Bestiary NPCs

When I open 9 - The Shield Guardian.por, Hero Lab reports:

One or more required sources are not accessible for hero 'Kassen's Golum'. Subsequent errors may be the result of this problem.
Critical information not found in data files: Source 'Crypt of the Everflame'

Any thoughts on what I may be missing? Are there any steps that I can take to debug what they problem may be?
 
Looked into this a bit...

Initially received the same error. Threw me for a loop as well. Thought about it a few minutes and figured it out.

To fix:
  • Open the portfolio file
  • Ctrl+K to bring up Configure Hero
  • Scroll down the options to enable Crypt of the Everflame under the Pathfinder Modules heading
  • Enjoy! Everything should be working now

The portfolio wasn't accessing the needed info (Kassen's Golem is its own unique race in the background tab) since the source wasn't activated. Now that the source is activated, re-save the portfolio and it should/will remember that the source is activated and you won't have to activate it again.
 
Two Crypt of the Everflames exist on the reposotiry site. If you are using Community Bestiary make sure you are using THIS zip file. It will NOT contain the .user files. If using this one and your still getting errors let me know as I can do another Prepare for Distribution on it to make sure all the sources are marked correctly.

The 2nd Crypt of the Everflame was an old standalone version which really I need to clean up and remove.
