Example Realm Using Material Not Under Copyright

Any chance of y'all doing an example realm using material not under copyright? An old murder mystery, like one of the original Sherlock Holmes novels, would have enough plot connections and relationships to give everyone a sense of the "Best Practices."

I know that we can use RW however it works for us but I always like to have some direction to know where I'm going before I start realizing that route B is actually better for me than route A.
