It's time to check your Realm Works accounts for new goodies!
Everyone at the Wolflair has been hard at work ensuring the many kinks and bugs are worked through to bring you the Content Market and we’re happy to say we’re finally reaching the end. The content below has been delivered to backers and barring complications, which we've learned are always possible, we hope to have the Content Market itself available within a week. Pack Members & Up · Have been issued Creature Components for Pathfinder by Playground Adventures. · Have been issued Creature Components for 5th Edition by Playground Adventures. Pack Hunters & Up · Have been issued Pirate’s Guide to Freeport for Pathfinder. · Have been issued The Freeport Companion. Timber Wolf & Up · Have been issued Razor Coast. · Have been issued The Grande Temple of Jing. Those of you awaiting Blight replacements and server time extensions, we will be providing those at Market launch. Many thanks to all of you who have patiently waited for your items and supported us along the way. Happy Gaming! |

This is great! Glad to have these! Looking forward to messing with them all.
One question: Why is the Pirate's Guide to Freeport tied to Pathfinder? The original sourcebook is system-independent. I was planning on using it in my current D&D 5e campaign, but looks like that's not going to be an option? (And my apologies if this isn't the proper place for this question! ) Last edited by Rabit; March 19th, 2019 at 07:02 AM. |

Our Freeport material consists of two separate books: the Pirate's Guide and the Companion for Pathfinder. The latter is obviously Pathfinder-specific, so we tied both books to the Pathfinder game system to make life simple for users wanting to leverage the pair together. If you want to run the setting for D&D5e, that's easily done. Simply import the setting book into an existing D&D5e realm or import it into a new realm and convert the realm's game system choice to D&D5e. You've now got Freeport ready to go for D&D5e!

Thanks, BJ! I tried importing it into an existing D&D5e (newly recreated) realm to test it out before posting here, and it errored/crashed then gave me a warning that it had to go in a Pathfinder realm. I'll try it again and see if it works differently this time.
EDIT -- Nope, it's hard-crashing Realm Works (I sent a report), then providing an import report saying: "The following errors were encountered during import: Cannot assign domain from different game system". Tried with a system-neutral realm, also, with the same result. Bug? Last edited by Rabit; March 20th, 2019 at 03:34 AM. |
